NEW GRANT FUND FOR FAMILIES WITH PRE-SCHOOL AGE CHILDREN RESIDING IN ASHTON-ON-RIBBLE AREA OF PRESTON, LANCASHIRE Stepping Stones Grant Fund was established in 2012 following the closure of Ashton Stepping Stones neighbourhood nursery. The grant fund aims to support families with pre-school age children residing in the Ashton on Ribble area of Preston, Lancashire.
