To identify the information needs of our service users and to ensure information, guidance, advice and support is delivered to the highest quality and in its most appropriate form to suit the needs of the client. CIAS will fulfil its role in two key ways:
1. Governance advice - setting up new voluntary groups, advising on procedures and policies, assisting in registering charities where required & establishing social enterprises in the most appropriate format. 2. Funding advice - providing a clear steer towards the most suitable funder available for your project, advising on commissioning and tendering processes, business planning support and how to show evidence of need for your project.
