CIAS will fulfil its role in two key ways: 1. Governance advice - setting up new voluntary groups, advising on procedures and policies, assisting in registering charities where required & establishing social enterprises in the most appropriate format. 2. Funding advice - providing a clear steer towards the most suitable funder available for your project, advising on commissioning and tendering processes, business planning support and how to show evidence of need for your project.
